telephone_brownTelephone Consultations

We offer telephone consultations for those patients who feel that they do not need a face to face appointment with the doctor. This saves time for everyone, and an appointment can still be given if necessary.

Currently 25% of our contacts are over the telephone.  The doctors are more than happy to discuss problems over the phone if you are happy with this.  Please do not come to the surgery if your problems relate to sickness and diarrhoea they may be able to advise you over the telephone and arrange treatment if appropriate.

If you have an administration related query please speak to a receptionist who may be able to deal with the issue for you.
