****Priors Field Surgery patients - New online service.  23/12/2020****
We are running a pilot of a new online service in addition to SystmOne which allows patients to seek NON-URGENT medical advice, request appointments, request sick notes, deal with medication queries, follow up blood test results, ask about referrals and other hospital letters and get self care advice.
Initally we are going to run this as a trial at Priors Field Surgery only, but if successful we will look at rolling this out to the whole Fenland group.
To access the service please click the link at the bottom of the post. No password/logon/account or app is needed so we hope it will be easier to use than the other systems we have in place.
If what you require is urgent then please continue to phone the surgery as normal.
The new system will allow you to attach photographs and documents to your query - so it can, for example, be used to send photos of rashes or home blood pressure readings. Please do not send any photographs of areas of the body that may be considered sensitive. By sending in documents you are giving consent for these to be stored in your medical record.
